The first posture in the sequence, right after the Sun Salutations, is Padangusthasana. This is a forward bend where you grab your big toes. The second posture is called Padahastasana and it follows directly after Padangusthasana, meaning you do not return to Samasthiti, as you can see in the video. The gaze is directed towards the horizon, but the drishti, which is the focal point, is the tip of the nose (Nasagra Drishti).
